The Transformational Governance Collective are inviting applications from freelancers who can support us to deeply evaluate and harvest learnings from across our activities as a collective, both retrospectively and in real-time as we move into 2024.

As a collective we are working towards a society where institutions and organisations are supported, propelled and held accountable by equitable, open and transformational governance that invites change, redistributes power, and enables everyone to thrive. We do this by supporting those who are ‘ready to move’ to make significant shifts when it comes to transforming their governance. In practical terms this means we steward an evolving community, responding to their need for learning, camaraderie and resources. So far we have facilitated the Power Shift learning journey, convened the beginnings of a community in Slack, and co-organised a ‘Life Affirming Organisational Practice Lab’ (LAOP) event in collaboration with Beyond the Rules and Healing Justice London.

In order to continue to attract and distribute resources into this space we need to gather evidence about what works and weave impactful narratives about the potential that these shifts can unlock. That’s where this role comes in.
